Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• If the item arrives damaged in transit.

• If an incorrect item was shipped to you.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@khoob.shop within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will only be processed if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to damage or an error on our part.
